Class 1: Start, and the pressure will be off.

This Monday (September 21) will be the first and introductory class to my 10-week Stress-Relief course.

The semester has started! You have your new schedule, maybe already new deadlines for exams and presentations, maybe a long reading list or already new books piling up on your desk or in your library locker – and a lot of work ahead of you. Mostly, this starting phase is full of excitement and enthusiasm about all the new things you are going to learn and do. Some of you may start with a secret promise: this semester, everything will be better. Anyway, the start can also be a bit daunting and you might feel the pressure of the workload already. This is a good time to ask yourself how you deal with stress, and how you can avoid feeling overly stressed while still doing the things you have to do.

In this class, we will get started. We will do some basic exercises, which both raise our energy and relax our nervous system. A deep relaxation will allow your body to regenerate. And we will learn how to use our breath as a first-aid-anti-stress-tool.

Everyone is welcome, no matter if you are studying or not, no matter if you did yoga before or not. If you want to make a change in your life, to live with less stress and to recharge your energy, then you are right here. Then all you need to do is to start – and the pressure will be off.

Sign up for the class by joining the event on Facebook or by sending a short email to AurynYoga@gmail.com

I am looking forward to get started with you!
